  • Cardio Kick A conditioning workout set at-your own-pace! Kick, punch & uppercut your way to a new stronger you! Learn the proper way to punch in a safe no-contact environment. Set up in rounds complete with plyometrics and speed drills for increased balance, strength and agillity.

INTERVAL

  • Ageless Fitness Multi-level exercise that includes a variety of exercises and equipment. Must bring a sense of humor for fun and laughs.
  • Boot Camp Are you looking for a challenge? This HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) class is complete with timed drills, strength trainingand a motivating coach; this class will hav eyou challenging yourself mentally and physically, but is still suitable for all.

  • Step Into Fitness This class is designed to help new participants get a better understanding of how a group aerobics class operates.  Through this course participants will get a taste of all the courses the YMCA has to offer.

MIND/BODY

  • Yoga This class is a relaxing program that uses slow stretching and strengthening of the body to improve posture and focus the mind. 
  • Reach Similar to Yoga Stretch move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

STRENGTH

  • Abs An intense non-stop class using basic and advanced exercises that specifically target the abdominal muscles and lower back.  
  • Chisel & Sculpt Improve your strength and over all toning. Use a variety of equipment alone with your own body weight to burn fat and build muscle. A must try!
  • Pilates Great for beginner to advanced, you will leave no muscle undertrained. Increase flexiiblity while strengthening core muscles in this mat based class.
  • PiYo Strength A perfect blend of Pilates/Yoga and athletic stretch taken up a notch with strength training exercises! This class is done barefoot on a mat. Come give it a try!
  • Sculpting Exercise designed to focus on both muscles and bones. Classes may include tonig, firming and flexibility, performed with or without weights/resistance, fo rthe purpose of improving muscular strength and endurance.
  • Silver Sneakers® Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
  • Suspension Training this complete body work out will tone your body and improve your balance. Suspension training is a small group workout that will use your body for resistance and leave you feeling strong.
