Birthday party offerings have been updated for 2026. We had so much fun last year helping families celebrate!

To book a party you will reach out to Brionna DeMichel to discuss what kind of party you want and confirm availability for the dates you would like. Once confirmed you will need to read, sign, and complete both sides of our rental agreement form. You will turn your form in and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes towards your party balance.

Basic Room Rental: A 2 hour party in one of our Community Rooms

Party Size: 50 – 60 people

Member Rate:  $160

Non-Member Rate:  $215

Party Packages

Adventure Room: 2 hour party with use of our Adventure Room and one of our Community Rooms

Party Size: Accommodates 50–60 guests, including up to 20 children (ages 12 and under) for the Adventure Room.

Member Rate:  $265

Non-Member Rate:  $370

Swim Party: 2 hour party with use of our pool & splash pad as well as one of our Community Rooms

Guests must follow YMCA pool policies

Party Size: Accommodates 50–60 guests, including up to 15 swimmers (kids & adults).

Member Rate:  $320

Non-Member Rate:  $425

Basketball Party: 2 hour party with free play in the   gymnasium and use of one of our Community Rooms

Party Size: 50 – 60 guests

Member Rate:  $215

Non-Member Rate:  $320

Combo Package: A 3 hour party with two of the options listed above and use of one of our Community Rooms

Party Size: 50 – 60 guests

Member Rate:  $425

Non-Member Rate:  $530
