Make your next birthday or special celebration one to remember at the GLOW YMCA! Choose from a simple room rental or add swimming, gym time, Adventure Room fun, or a combination of activities.

All party packages include use of one Community Room. Community Rooms accommodate up to 47–49 guests, depending on room availability.

Reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance to ensure space and adequate staffing.

Basic Room Rental

Keep it simple with two hours in one of our Community Rooms. The perfect space for food, cake, gifts, games, and time together.

Adventure Room Party

Let the kids climb, play, and explore! Your party includes time in our Adventure Room plus one Community Room for the celebration.

Includes:
2-hour party with use of the Adventure Room and one Community Room

Adventure Room Capacity:
Up to 20 children, ages 12 and under

Overall Party Size:
Up to 47–49 guests, depending on Community Room availability

Swim Party

Make a splash with a party that includes use of our pool and splash pad, plus one Community Room for your celebration.

Includes:
2-hour party with pool and splash pad access plus one Community Room

Swimming Capacity:
Up to 15 swimmers, including children and adults

Overall Party Size:
Up to 47–49 guests, depending on Community Room availability

All guests using the pool must follow YMCA pool policies.

Gymnasium Party

Get everyone moving with free play in the gymnasium followed by time to celebrate together in one of our Community Rooms.

Includes:
2-hour party with gymnasium free play and one Community Room

Party Size:
Up to 47–49 guests, depending on Community Room availability

Combo Party

Can’t choose just one? Combine two of the party activities above for an extra-special celebration.

Includes:
3-hour party featuring two party options plus one Community Room

Activity-specific capacity limits still apply.

Customize Your Party

Need a little more space or access to the kitchen? Add-ons may be included based on availability.

Kitchen Access — $50
Add kitchen access for additional counter space and kitchen use. The kitchen is not considered a separate party space and does not provide additional guest seating.

Additional Community Room — $75
Have a larger guest list? An additional Community Room may be added, subject to availability, when your party exceeds the capacity of the Community Room included with your package.
