The YMCA Provides: A courteous, trained YMCA staff member for assistance with  programming and one “Birthday at the YMCA” tee shirt for the birthday child.

You Provide:

• A signed contract two weeks before the party, including estimated number of people attending the party.
  
• A non-refundable $30 deposit due at time of reservation.
  
• Remaining balance due one week before the party.
• A refund, minus deposit, will be given if cancellation is made one week or more before party.
• Must have signed waivers if using the rock wall, inflatable, or Kid’s Gym.
  

What you need to know:

• All party rates are based on 20 children. There will be a $10 fee added for each additional child. 
  
• Seating is not guaranteed over 30 total guests.
  
• Guests must be 5 years old, and have signed waivers in order to climb the rock wall.
  
• One adult for every 10 children must be present for the duration of the party.
  
• One adult must be in the pool for every 4 children under the age of 6.
• A non-refundable $30 deposit is due at time of reservation.
• Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to party.
• A refund, minus deposit, will be given IF cancellation notice is given one week or more before the event.
  
• Any damages or repairs are the responsibility of the renter.
  
• The host may arrive one-half hour before event in order to decorate. The staff member will also arrive 30 minutes before the party.
• A $10 clean-up fee will be charged if room is not be cleaned and vacated within 30 minutes of party end time. 
  
• Use of the pool, gymnasium, and Kid’s Gym is non exclusive.
